A clear photo or video of the issue

Your order number

Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

 

Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

Delays caused by customs, pandemics, or other uncontrollable factors

 

Return Shipping:

Most items do not need to be returned. If a return is required, Xova is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

 

 Refund Timeline:

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
